How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days within the United States.
What is your cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free standard shipping is included on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Can I ship to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address?
No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your package’s progress on the carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged during transit?
Please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number, tracking number, description of the issue, and photos of damaged items if applicable.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
