SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. HighFiveSkateShop reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until HighFiveSkateShop sends a confirmation email.
Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement — simply contact us before your order is processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return or exchange items in accordance with our Refund Policy.
All purchases are for personal or household use only and may not be resold commercially or exported.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information. You represent and warrant that your credit card information is true, correct, and complete, and that you are authorized to use it.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing Time:
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the same business day
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day
- Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays
Delivery Time:
- After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location
- Free shipping is included on all orders
- No additional shipping fees will be charged
Shipping Notes:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control
- Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you
- All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories
Order Confirmation:
- Please review your order carefully before submitting
- Verify your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Confirm your contact information is correct
- Ensure all items and quantities are correct
You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification via email once your order has been processed and shipped.

HighFiveSkateShop is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with HighFiveSkateShop. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and HighFiveSkateShop.
